YOGA ET SOUFFLE

YOGA ET SOUFFLE
A postural practice underpinned by breath
The movements of breathing, inhalation, exhalation and breath retention in postural practice, are essential to developing awareness of our inner bodily space.
By following the thread of breath in the practice of yoga postures, we encounter our different bodies:
the gross body and the subtle body, irrigated by vital energy.
Then a happy and stable space opens up within us; the mind calms down.
"Like gold hidden in stone, energy is hidden."
in our bodies, but we don't know it."

THE TEACHER
PASCALE DELACOU
Certified teacher of the French Federation of Hatha Yoga FFHY and retired speech therapist, I have worked in hospital and private practice in adult neurology and voice.
My journey in Yoga began with the practice of Iyengar Yoga in Paris and then in Nantes through courses, workshops, and therapeutic workshops, because yoga was first and foremost an extraordinary therapeutic tool for the myopathy I have had since birth.
Sharing the experience of postural Hatha Yoga is a great joy.
If needed, I can provide adapted chair-based exercises for individuals with specific physical limitations.
TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA
Sri Mahesh taught the synchronization of breath and each step of the posture . The movements are performed slowly, consciously and harmoniously, alternating with phases of stillness either to hold the posture or for moments of relaxation between each posture.
His teaching also gives considerable importance to symbolism.
conveyed through postures.
